Custom Products Policy

Because every case is custom-printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each case is made to order using the artwork you provide, making it a personalised item.

When We Will Help

We stand behind the quality of our products. We'll happily offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your case arrives damaged or defective
  • The print quality is significantly below standard
  • You received the wrong phone model case
  • Your order was lost in transit

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at orders@customuvprints.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. We'll review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
  4. If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeframe

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Image Quality Disclaimer

Please ensure your submitted artwork is high resolution (minimum 300 DPI recommended). We cannot be held responsible for blurry or pixelated prints if the original image provided was low quality. We'll always contact you before printing if we notice any quality concerns with your artwork.
